I probably send, receive, and respond to hundreds of client work-related emails every day, but there are some that cause me to stop, smile, and savor the message in the moment. I had two such experiences this week. One email came from a reporter I’ve been working with on an important article who wrote, “Thank you so much! It’s always great to work with a professional, especially one who is so good at it! Makes my life much easier…”.
